Following faith in Jesus Christ, a new believer is commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

In baptism, we publicly confess that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. We are submerged under water to identify with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection. It is a cleansing of the soul, a circumcision of the heart, putting to death the old life, and in Him all things are made new.

As a church family, we are honored and excited to see people take this critical step in their faith here at City Reach.

We will have baptisms for you during all services - on Sunday, March 29th.

If you have not taken this step before, RSVP today and take your next step with Jesus at the beginning of the year!

When you RSVP, you will receive an invite to come to a class 30 minutes before the service you are being baptized. There we will talk about the significance of this amazing decision, pray together, and hear about the amazing decision you are making! We can't wait to see you there!

During the baptism, each of you will have the opportunity to share a quick 30-second testimony on what God has done in your life! CLICK HERE to learn how.

What do I need?

Short answer: Nothing! We will have EVERYTHING you need to get water baptized including a special T-shirt as a gift for you to always remember this life-changing day and a baptism certificate. If you would like - you are welcome to bring your own dark-colored bottoms and a towel, but it's not required, we have that as well.

Invite your family and friends to celebrate with you!

Water baptism is a time of celebration and public declaration of new life in Christ. Bring your friends and family with you so you can celebrate together! And rest assured your entire church family is eager to celebrate with you!
